Senyuan Group emphasizes on the innovation of management ever since its inception. The Group keeps making innovations in technology development, human resources management, and logistics management, which promotes the Group’s development all the time. The most influential management innovation is the establishment of ISO9001 quality system and ERP information system which has become the booster for Senyuan’s rapid development. In 2009, Senyuan Group started to implement performance management focusing on creating value for customers, which greatly improved the operation management. In 2013, the Group won Governor’s Quality Award of Henan Province. In 2015, the Group set up International Trade Department and Strategic Investment Development Department, and Intelligent Power Grid and Nuclear Power Equipment Research Institute and Electric Car Research Institute in Beijing Tsinghua Technology Park, which will further improve the technology development and exploration in international markets.
